    Belu Media and all companies within its Group (which means all of our subsidiaries,
    our holding companies and its subsidiaries as defined in section 1159 of the
    Companies Act 2006) (“Belu Media” or “We”) are committed to protecting and
    respecting your privacy. This policy (together with our terms of use and any other
    documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect
    from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following
    carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and
    how we will treat it. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 2018 (“the Act”), the

  2. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU
    We may collect and process the following data about you: Information that you
    provide by filling in forms on our sites, and which may be amended from time to time
    (“our sites“). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our
    site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. We
    may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site. If you
    contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence. We may also ask you to
    complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to
    respond to them. Details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the

  5. WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

    whitepaper prepared by, or an invitation to an event, hosted by a third party, we will
    pass your details to that third party to full your request.
  9. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA
    We have put in place security procedures and technical and organisational measures
    to safeguard your personal information. Access to all internal data servers is limited
    to the specialist data protection personnel and is controlled via active directory
    authentication using defined policies to control password expiry and renewal.
  10. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
    We may disclose your personal information to any member of our Group. We may
    also disclose your personal information to third parties under the following
    circumstances: business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance
    of any contract we enter into with you including in relation to the supply of
    information or invitations to events; business partners and suppliers where you have
    agreed to this; in the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case
    we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such
    business or assets. if Belu Media or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a
    third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of
    the transferred assets. if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data
    in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our rights,
    to view our terms and conditions of use and other agreements; or to protect the
    rights, property, or safety of Belu Media, our customers, or others. This includes
    exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of
    fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
  11. HOW LONG WE WILL KEEP YOUR DATA
    We will keep your data all the time you have a current subscription or contract with
    us. We may keep data you provide us for 24 months. We may keep other data about
    you for 36 months.
  12. YOUR RIGHTS
    You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing
    purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use
    your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third
    party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by
    ticking certain boxes on the forms we use at the time we collect your data or at any
    other time. You also have the right to: request access to, deletion of or correction of,
    your personal data restrict or object to processing your personal data withdraw your
    consent where the processing was based on that consent, but note that this does not
